Traing Group (TG)

Nos came up with this Tg thing and he asked me to lead it. I accepted and gathered a group. I want to hear what you people think of it? do you think it will make EE better and Sith even better?

Please use constructive ciritism and whatever to support this or against it.

i dont think u guys need a TG because when u play clanwars u
guys will be better and will get better teamplay...

ya but TG includes teamwork tho. and we train ppl how to get better, have bigger armies in less time crowns in less time all kinds of strategies... then they r ready..

i'm not really sure if its good or bad .... i know what i need to work on so y not just fix that one thing instead of having to go do everything
